ထိုသို႕ေတြ႕ရွိရာတြင္ သၾကၤန္အၾကတ္ေန႔က လူစည္ကားရာေနရာမ်ားၿဖစ္ၾကေသာ ကန္ေတာ္ႀကီးကန္ပတ္လမ္း၊ ျပည္လမ္းမႏႇင့္ ကမၻာေအးေစတီလမ္းတို့သာမက ၿမဳိ့တြင္းလမ္းမ်ားျဖစ္ၾကေသာ အေနာ္ရထာလမ္း၊ ဗိုလ္ခ်ဳပ္လမ္းႏႇင့္ ၿမဳိ့နယ္အသီးသီးရႇိ လမ္းမႀကီးမ်ားေပၚတြင္ပါ ေရကစားသူႏႇင့္ ေရပက္ခံထြက္သူမ်ားျဖင့္ ဆက္လက္စည္ကားခဲ့သည္ကို ေတြ႕ရွိရျခင္း ျဖစ္ပါသည္။

စည္ကားသည္ဆိုရာတြင္ ယခင္ေန႔မ်ားကဲ့သို႔ ေန႔လည္ပိုင္း၊ ညေနပိုင္းတို႔တြင္သာ စည္ကားခဲ့သည္မဟုတ္ပဲ နံနက္ပိုင္းမွစ၍ မ႑ပ္ႀကီးမ်ားရွိရာ ေနရာမ်ား၊ ေဖ်ာ္ေျဖေရးမ႑ပ္မ်ား၌ ကားျဖင့္ ေရပက္ခံထြက္သူမ်ား၊ လမ္းေလွ်ာက္ကာ လာေရာက္ၾကည့္႐ႈသူမ်ားျဖင့္ စည္ကားခဲ့ျခင္းျဖစ္သည္။

”ေရွ႕ႏွစ္ရက္ကေတာ့ ထြက္လည္ရ ေကာင္းႏိုး၊ မေကာင္းႏိုး စဥ္းစားေနတာ၊ ဒီေန႔ေတာ့ မေနႏိုင္ေတာ့တာနဲ႕ ထြက္လည္ျဖစ္တယ္၊ ေနရာတိုင္း စည္ကားေနတ ေတြ႕ရေတာ့ ကိုယ့္စိတ္လည္း ေပ်ာ္လာတယ္၊ လံုျခံဳေရးေတြလည္း ေနရာအႏွံ႔ရွိေနေတာ့ အဆင္ေျပပါတယ္၊ မနက္ျဖန္လည္း ဆက္လည္ဖို႕ စီစဥ္ထားတယ္”ဟု သကၤန္းကၽြန္းျမိဳ႕နယ္မွ ကားျဖင့္ ေရပက္ခံထြက္လာသူတစ္ဦးက ေျပာျပပါသည္။

”အစည္ကားဆံုးကေတာ့ ေဂ်မီမ႑ပ္ပါပဲ။ လာတဲ့သူေတြ ေတာ္ေတာ္မ်ားတယ္။ ဒီႏွစ္သၾကၤန္မွာ ထူးျခားတာကေတာ့ ခါးပိုက္ႏိႈက္ခံရတာေတြ ပိုမ်ားတာပဲ”ဟု ျပည္လမ္းရွိ အင္းလ်ားကန္ေစာင္း မ႑ပ္မ်ား၌ တာ၀န္က်သူ လံုျခံဳေရး၀န္ထမ္းတစ္ဦးက ေျပာျပပါသည္။

”အရင္ႏွစ္က ဒီအခ်ိန္ေပါ့ဗ်ာ၊ ကန္ပတ္လမ္းမွာ ဗံုးေပါက္တယ္၊ ေပ်ာ္ေနတဲ့သူေတြက ေပ်ာ္ေနၾကေပမယ့္ ကၽြန္ေတာ့္စိတ္ထဲ လည္ေနတုန္း မႏွစ္ကအေၾကာင္းေတြ ျပန္သတိရလာေတာ့ စိတ္ထဲ ထိုင္းမိႈင္းသြားတယ္။ အရင္ႏွစ္ရက္ကေတာ့ အိမ္ထဲမွာပဲ ေနတာပါ။ ဒီေန႕႔ေတာ့ သူငယ္ခ်င္းေတြ ေခၚတာနဲ႕ အျပင္ထြက္လာခဲ့တာ၊ ပံုမွန္အတိုင္း ျပန္စည္ကားလာျပီဆိုေတာ့ မနက္ျဖန္လည္း လူပိုစည္မယ့္ သေဘာရွိတယ္၊ ကၽြန္ေတာ္ကေတာ့ မနက္ျဖန္ အိမ္မွာပဲေနဖို႕ စဥ္းစားထားတယ္”ဟု အလံုျမိဳ႕နယ္မွ ေရပက္ခံထြက္လာသူတစ္ဦးက ေျပာပါသည္ ။

ယခုႏွစ္ရန္ကုန္သႀကၤန္သည္ ယခင္ႏွစ္မ်ားထက္ မ႑ပ္ႀကီးမ်ား နည္းပါးခဲ့ၿပီး မိမိအိမ္ေရွ႕တြင္သာ အုန္းလက္မ႑ပ္မ်ား၊ ေရတိုင္ကီမ်ားျဖင့္သာ ေရကစားၾကသူမ်ားသာ ရွိခဲ့သည္။ မ႑ပ္ႀကီးမ်ား နည္းပါးခဲ့ေသာေၾကာင့္ ရွိသည့္မ႑ပ္မ်ားတြင္သာ ကားမ်ားစုျပံဳေရကစားခဲ့ၾကသည္ကို ေတြ႕ရသည္။

“သႀကၤန္အႀကိဳေန႔နဲ႔ အက်ေန႔က ဘုန္းႀကီး၀တ္ေနတာ။ ဒီေန႔မနက္အေစာႀကီးထြက္ၿပီး မ႑ပ္မွာေရလာကစားတာပါ။ မနက္ျဖန္လည္း ဒီမ႑ပ္မွာပဲ ေရကစားဦးမွာပါ”ဟု ကန္ေတာ္ႀကီးကန္ပတ္လမ္းရွိ black culture မ႑ပ္တြင္ ေရကစားေနေသာ စမ္းေခ်ာင္းၿမိဳ႕နယ္မွ လူငယ္တစ္ဦးက ေျပာပါသည္။

တာေမြၿမိဳ႕နယ္မွ ကန္ေတာ္ႀကီးကန္ပတ္လမ္းသို႔ ကားျဖင့္ ေရပက္ခံလာသူတစ္ဦးက “ၿပီးခဲ့တဲ့ႏွစ္ရက္ထက္စာရင္ ဒီေန႔ ပိုစည္တယ္။ မ႑ပ္မွာေရ ကစားတဲ့သူေတြနဲ႔ ေရပက္ခံလာတဲ့ကားေတြလည္း ပိုမ်ားတယ္။ လံုၿခံဳေရးေတြလည္း မႏွစ္ကထက္ပိုၿပီးခ်ထားတယ္။ မ႑ပ္ေတြမွာလည္း စီစီတီဗီေတြတပ္ထား တာေတြ႕ရတယ္။ ဒါေပမယ့္ မိန္းကေလးတခ်ဳိ႕ရဲ႕ ၀တ္စားပံုကေတာ့ ယဥ္ေက်းမႈနဲ႔ မေလ်ာ္ညီတာကိုေတြ႕ရတယ္။ တခ်ဳိ႕ဆိုရင္ ေတာ္ေတာ္လည္း မူးေနပံုေပၚတယ္။ သူတို႔ ရဲ႔ပံုေတြကေတာ့ အင္တာနက္ေပၚေရာက္ဦးမွာ ေသခ်ာတယ္”ဟု ေျပာပါသည္။
